As someone confident to use my computer but have no idea what to do when things go wrong it was a godsend when I contacted Computers Don’t Byte which I pass regularly on my way to Ammanford on grandchildren’s school run and the name of which always makes me smile. It absolutely fits the fantastic service given. I took them my troublesome printer which has cost me a fortune in replacement ink cartridges which would work for a few weeks tops then I’d have screen messages that they were incompatible with the printer. In fact, they were! These lovely people sorted it out for me and replaced with the correct cartridges and are happy to order them for me in future and to fit them for me. It sounds a small thing but it’s given me peace of mind. Which is why my printer is coming in the car with me on today’s school run. Thank you so so much; I highly recommend. Personal, kind service at its very best.
This place is a Godsend. Very knowledgeable guys who are only too willing to help. Can’t fault them …..if you have any computer related problems and you need help, these two lovely chaps will sort you out. They are so understanding and don’t make us older folks feel stupid when we turn up with our problems. Honestly can’t thank you enough.
My old laptop which I also used for work was very old and I could not load software on to it and it had basically stopped working. I have used Computers Don't Bite in Garnant before and I reached out to them for a new laptop. They supplied a new laptop and when I ran into problems installing and using Teams for work and school they sorted out my problem so that I could continue to work remotely. I would highly recommend them for their IT knowledge and their commitment to deliver a brilliant service.
